Managing your Child's Emergency Contacts

Here are the steps to confirm and/or update your emergency contacts on Knightsite.

Keep in mind that every student has their own profile information. When editing your child's profile information, it does not affect your other children. You will need to make any desired changes to their specific account.

It’s very important that you make sure this information is both up-to-date and accurate as this data feeds directly into Bright Arrow (emergency alert system), Magnus, (health information system) as well as pick-A-time and Smart Tuition

We have granted all parents editing rights over most of their profile so that you can make necessary changes without needing to reach out to the school for that purpose.

Once logged in, select the child who's information you want to edit from the upper left drop-down menu.

Next, select Contact Card from the top menu of the student profile.

Once on the Contact Card, you'll need to scroll down to the section labeled Emergency contacts

From here you can review and/or make any necessary changes to the information we have on file for your account. You can add or edit information by simply selecting the appropriate button in each section. 

Click Manage phones or Manage email to make changes to your emergency phone or email contact information.

Under Manage phones you can add new phone numbers to be notified as emergency contacts or drag one of your existing contacts from the Not in use column to the Active column. You can also change the order in which the contacts are notified by dragging them up or down in the Active column. Once you've made the changes, be sure to hit Save in the lower left to apply those changes to the student profile.

Under Manage email you can add new email addresses or use existing addresses as emergency contacts. As before, be sure to hit Save in the lower left to apply those changes to the student profile.
