Managing Your Knightsite Profile Information

Here are the steps to confirm and/or update your profile on Knightsite.

 

Keep in mind that every individual has their own profile information. When editing your profile information, it does not affect your spouse or partner. They will need to login and make any desired changes to their own account.

 

It’s very important that you make sure this information is both up-to-date and accurate as this data feeds directly into Bright Arrow (emergency alert system), Magnus, (health information system) as well as pick-A-time and Smart Tuition.

 

We have granted all parents editing rights over most of their profile so that you can make necessary changes without needing to reach out to the school for that purpose.

 

Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right portion of the screen. Next select Profile.

 

From here you can review and/or make any necessary changes to the information we have on file for your account. You can add or edit information by simply selecting the appropriate button in each section.


 

There are certain items that you are not permitted to change or edit. If you notice anything incorrect and are unable to make the change yourself, reach out to the tech team and we can assist you.
