Reset your MyQ PIN

STEP 1) Open your web browser and navigate to the MyQ web interface by typing or copy/pasting the following into the address bar and hit enter: 10.20.4.4:8090 (you may also click the link address directly to be taken to the login page.)

STEP 2) Click the link labeled Lost PIN in the dialog box.

STEP 3) Type your GSB email address into the appropriate box and click the Send button.

STEP 4) You’ll be notified that a code has been sent to your email. Check your email for a message from MyQ with a one-time code.

STEP 5) Type or copy/paste the code into the appropriate field in the web interface dialog box and click the Send button.

STEP 6) You will be notified that a new PIN has been generated and is being sent to your email. You can also hit the Show button to view the new PIN immediately.
