While the images may look slightly different between devices, this process will be the similar on an iPad/tablet, Mac, PC or Chromebook. We recommend using the Chrome browser when on a computer.
Logging in with a browser (Chrome):
Step 1) Navigate to the Office365 login page: https://www.office.com/
Step 2) Click the Sign in button.
Step 3) Enter your email address when prompted. Student email addresses at Gill St. Bernard's are formatted as firstname+lastname+HS graduation year@gsbschool.org. For example a student named Jane Doe who will graduate high school in 2028 will have the email address janedoe28@gsbschool.org.
Step 4) Click the Next button, and then enter your password at the next prompt and click Sign in.
Step 5) If you have MFA (multi-factor authentication) setup, you will be prompted to verify your identity via phone, text or another method. Make a selection and follow the prompts to verify your identity.
Step 6) Once verified, you can click Don't show this again and Yes if you are on your own computer and NOT a shared device or public computer.
Step 7) You will now be taken to the Office365 home page where you can access all of the Office apps including Outlook (email/calendar), Word, Excel, Powerpoint and a host of other applications available to you as a member of the faculty/staff/student body.
